In-SITE: Farmhouse- Breaking Ground

We are thrilled to break ground on the Farmhouse project. Due to the late frost we had to delay digging our foundation until mid-April. We are excited to be working with Duneland Fine Homes. Take a peak at our photo documention where we broke ground and put in the forms and poured concrete to make our foundation walls.

Water tap from street into crawlspace
Install plumbing drains in crawl space floor
Pour crawl space floor

Meeting with electric company tomorrow at site to discuss permanent underground service. GOAL: NO POLES ON THE PROPERTY!
